Morgan is a county in Ohio. It was formed in 1817 (1819) from the following county/ies: Guernsey/Muskingum/Washington. Morgan began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1819, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1795, probate records in 1819, and court records in 1819.
