Marshall is a county in Mississippi. It was formed in 1836 from the following county/ies: Chickasaw cession, 1832. Marshall began keeping birth records in , marriage records in 1836, and death records in . It began keeping land records in 1856*, probate records in 1836, and court records in 1839.
