Marion is a county in Kansas. It was formed in 1855 (1860) from the following county/ies: Peketon Territory. Marion began keeping birth records in 1881'1911* , marriage records in 1865, and death records in 1885'1911. It began keeping land records in 1865, probate records in 1863, and court records in 1867.
