Manitowoc is a county in Wisconsin. It was formed in 1836 from Brown County. Manitowoc began keeping birth records in 1858, marriage records in 1849, and death records in 1864. It began keeping land records in 1835, probate records in 1850, and court records in 1848. For more information, contact the county at 1010 S. Eighth St., Manitowoc 54220.
