Lincoln is a county in West Virginia. It was formed in 1911 from Uinta. Lincoln began keeping marriage records in 1913. It began keeping land records in 1871, probate records in 1899, and court records in 1913. For more information, contact the county at 925 Sage Ave., Kemmerer 83101-0670.
