Lincoln is a county in West Virginia. It was formed in 1867'69 from the following county/ies: Boone/Cabell/Logan/Kanawha/Wayne. Lincoln one began keeping birth records in 1909, marriage records in 1909, and death records in 1909. It began keeping land records in 1909, probate records in 1909, and court records in 1909.
