Lewis is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1807 from the following county/ies: Mason. Lewis began keeping birth records in 1852, marriage records in 1807, and death records in 1852. It began keeping land records in 1807, probate records in 1807, and court records in 1807. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 129, Vanceburg 41179-0129.
