Lawrence is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1822 from the following county/ies: Floyd/Greenup. Lawrence began keeping birth records in 1852, marriage records in 1822, and death records in 1852. It began keeping land records in 1822, probate records in 1821, and court records in 1822.
