Lake is a county in Tennessee. It was formed in 1870 from the following county/ies: Obion. Lake began keeping birth records in 1914, marriage records in 1883, and death records in 1914. It began keeping land records in 1870, probate records in 1871, and court records in 1870. For more information, contact the county at 116 S. Court St., Tiptonville 38079.
