Kalamazoo is a county in Michigan. It was formed in 1829 (1830) from the following county/ies: unorganized *St. Joseph/ *Kalamazoo. Kalamazoo began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1831, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1824, probate records in 1830, and court records in 1847.
