Jackson is a county in Kansas. It was formed in 1855 (Organized, 1857 as Calhoun: ranemaed 1859) from the following county/ies: Original. Jackson began keeping birth records in 1892-1911*, marriage records in 1855, and death records in 1892-1911*. It began keeping land records in 1857, probate records in 1857, and court records in 1861. For more information, contact the county at 400 New York, Holton 66436-1787.
