Highland is a county in Ohio. It was formed in 1805 from the following county/ies: Adams/Clermont/Ross. Highland began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1805, and death records in 1868. It began keeping land records in 1804, probate records in 1809, and court records in 1805.
