Hanover is a county in Virginia. It was formed in 1721 from the following county/ies: New Kent. Hanover began keeping birth records in 1853, marriage records in 1863, and death records in 1853. It began keeping land records in 1733, probate records in 1733, and court records in 1733. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 470 Hanover 23069-0470.
