Finney is a county in Kansas. It was formed in 1873 (as Sequoyah) from the following county/ies: Peketon Territory . Finney began keeping birth records in 1885'1910 , marriage records in 1884, and death records in 1886'1910* . It began keeping land records in 1873, probate records in 1873, and court records in 1885. For more information, contact the county at 311 N. Ninth St, Garden City 67846-5312.
