Fentress is a county in Tennessee. It was formed in 1823 from the following county/ies: Morgan/Overton/White. Fentress began keeping birth records in 1914, marriage records in 1905, and death records in 1914. It began keeping land records in 1820, probate records in 1905, and court records in 1842.
