Faulk is a county in South Dakota. It was formed in 1873 (1883) from the following county/ies: Buffalo. Faulk began keeping birth records in , marriage records in 1885, and death records in . It began keeping land records in 1883, probate records in 1884, and court records in 1883. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 357, Faulkton 57438. On the attached map, Faulk is located at G3. The state archives has records of the clerk of the circuit court (1883'1958).
