Elliott is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1869 from the following county/ies: Carter/Lawrence/Morgan. Elliott began keeping birth records in 1874, marriage records in 1874, and death records in 1874. It began keeping land records in 1869, probate records in 1966, and court records in 1958.
