Dukes is a county in Massachusetts. It was formed in 1683 as a New York County0 1695 from the following county/ies: Mass. County. It began keeping land records in 1686, probate records in 1696, and court records in 1665. For more information, contact the county at 81 Main St., Edgartown 02539.
