Federal court naturalizations for 1845'1910 are at the National Archives'Mid-Atlantic Region. An index to federal court naturalization for 1802'1929 is in Del-Gen-Data Bank (see Delaware Periodicals, Newspapers, and Manuscript Collections). Naturalizations recorded in the county courts of common pleas and supreme courts and, after 1831, the superior court, originally with the prothonotary, are at the Delaware Public Archives, where there is a card index to some for 1788'1905 that also gives brief abstracts of the records. The archives also has an online index to 'selected' naturalizations from the county courts, arranged by name and place of origin, at www.state.de.us/sos/dpa/collections/natrlzndb/nat-index.shtml. Naturalizations for New Castle County, 1826'58, were published in The Maryland and Delaware Genealogist 18 (1977): 2-4 and 19 (1978): 1.
