Delaware is a county in Oklahoma. It was formed in 1907 from the following county/ies: Cherokee Nation. Delaware began keeping birth records in 1908, marriage records in 1911, and death records in 1908. It began keeping land records in 1905, probate records in 1867, and court records in 1868.
