Davidson is a county in North Carolina. It was formed in 1822 from the following county/ies: Rowan. Davidson began keeping birth records in 1914, marriage records in 1822, and death records in 1914. It began keeping land records in 1808, probate records in 1817, and court records in 1820. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 1067, Lexington 27292-1067.
