Claiborne is a county in Tennessee. It was formed in 1801 from the following county/ies: Grainger/Hawkins. Claiborne began keeping birth records in 1908, marriage records in 1838, and death records in 1908. It began keeping land records in 1801, probate records in 1801, and court records in 1801.
