Champaign is a county in Ohio. It was formed in 1805 from the following county/ies: Franklin/Greene. Champaign began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1805, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1806, probate records in 1804, and court records in 1805.
