Carbon is a county in Wyoming. It was formed in 1868 from the following county/ies: original (Dakota Territory). Carbon began keeping marriage records in 1870. It began keeping land records in 1867, probate records in 1875, and court records in 1870. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 6, Rawlins 82301-0006.
