Cannon is a county in middle Tennessee. It was formed in 1836 from the following countyies: Rutherford/Smith/Warren/Coffee. Cannon began keeping birth records in 1881, marriage records in 1838, and death records in 1881. It began keeping land records in 1836, probate records in 1836, and court records in 1836.
