Butler is a county in Kentucky. It was formed in 1810 from the following county/ies: Logan/Ohio. Butler began keeping birth records in 1853, marriage records in 1810, and death records in 1853. It began keeping land records in 1810, probate records in 1810, and court records in 1811. For more information, contact the county at 110 N. Main St./P.O. Box 449, Morgantown 42261-0449.
