Boulder is a county in Colorado. It was formed in 1861 from the following county/ies: original . Boulder began keeping birth records in 1880-1909*, marriage records in 1864, and death records in 1800-1903*. It began keeping land records in 1864, probate records in 1864, and court records in 1864. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 471, Boulder 80301. On the attached map, Boulder is located at F2 . Boulder was called Jackson County when it was part of the Jefferson Territory . *City Hall in Boulder.
