Bartow is a county in Georgia. It was formed in 1832 (as Cass; renamed 1861) from the following county/ies: Cherokee. Bartow began keeping birth records in 1836, marriage records in , and death records in . It began keeping land records in 1837, probate records in 1853, and court records in 1853.
